Curb sawing and hand sawing for customer’s removal of 2050 lineal ft. x 16” deep outside barrier wall. 1st stage was Curb sawing. 2nd stage was Hand sawing into 6ft. pieces to be removed with front Contractor’s front end loader, being placed on flatbed trucks

Challenges:
Struck by, Caught in between, Silica exposure,
Solution:
M.O.T. barricading in place before start of production. All PPE being worn is a must. Proper use of Curb saw and hand saws preventing caught in between.
Outcome:
All pieces were successfully cut and removed without accidents, injuries, or incidents. Training also took place on our “One of a kind Texas curb saw” by supervisor Leo Mendoza with (2) of our advanced operators. Another satisfied Customer!
