Wire sawing (trimming) of exterior structural columns around perimeter of building from an Arch to a Standard look for Deco design/ finish.

Challenges:

Caught in Between, Falls, Struck by

Solution:

All PPE being worn is a must! Proper Rigging using a scissor lift and fall protection, lowering to the slab, cutting/ hand sawing in smaller pieces for Safer removal using a crane dumpster, preventing any Caught in Between and Fall hazards. Area in work zone and on ground floor was danger taped to prevent any Struck-byes or Near miss accidents and incidents.
