Solution:

All PPE worn is a must! Proper use of equipment to prevent Caught in Betweens.  Scissor lifts were used to access work area eliminating Falls. Gas power units were placed by window openings with fan ventilation for cleaned air control preventing Carbon Monoxide. No work below work area preventing Struck byes. Lift tables were used to lower concrete pieces to the ground, stockpiling on pallets.

Outcome:

All pieces were cut and removed without accidents, incidents, or injuries. Another satisfied Customer!
